Terms and Conditions:

  • Refurbished Products:

    • Refurbished products have a six-month Carry-In Warranty and is maintained by OJASVI LAPTOP HOUSE.
    • The warranty does not include software.
    • All used Batteries tested to give  +- 40 minutes.
    • Batteries and chargers have a seven-day Dead On Arrival (DOA) warranty.
    • All warranty claims need to be returned and booked in at OJASVI LAPTOP HOUSE for repairs.
    • During the warranty period OJASVI LAPTOP HOUSE will repair or replace products covered under the warranty.
    • If OJASVI LAPTOP HOUSE repairs or replaces a product, its warranty term is not extended.
    • OJASVI LAPTOP HOUSE reserves the right to refund the customer, less costs incurred, for the product should the terms of warranty not be able to be carried out.
    • OJASVI LAPTOP HOUSE will ship the repaired or replacement products to you at your expense, only if, and when, all payments have been met.
    • No assurances are made as to the turnaround times in performing a warranty claim.
    • Return & Refund Policy:

      • Ojasvi Laptop house will resolve the device issue in maximum 1 Months Warranty period, We will try to resolve it as early as possible if parts available immediately.  No Refund, Exchange, Replacement or Return will be entertain.

        What's Typically Covered?

        •  Manufacturing Defects:

        The warranty ensures the laptop is free from defects in materials and workmanship during the warranty period.

        •  Hardware Malfunctions:

        It covers issues like defective keyboards, monitor problems, modem malfunctions, and other hardware problems that are not user-induced. Battery if runs below 10 min then only we will replace in warranty.

        •  Labor and Parts:

        The warranty usually covers the cost of both labor and replacement parts for repairs.

        •  Limited Software Support:

        Some warranties may offer limited software support.

        What's Typically Not Covered?

        •  Accidental Damage:

        Damage caused by drops, spills, or other accidents is generally excluded.

        •  Misuse or Abuse:

        Damage resulting from improper use, neglect, or unauthorized modifications is not covered.

        •  Normal Wear and Tear:

        Routine wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or deterioration are generally excluded.

        •  Accessories and Consumables:

        Chargers, USB cords, and other accessories are often not covered.

        •  External Factors:

        Damage caused by natural disasters, fire, theft, or other external events is typically excluded.

        •  Unauthorized Repairs or if Laptop Seal Opened:

        Damage caused by unauthorized repair personnel or use of non-approved parts is not covered.

        •  Software Issues:

        Problems with pre-installed software or user-installed software are generally not covered.

        •  Data Loss:

        The warranty usually does not cover data loss or damage to removable storage media.

        •  Consequential Damages:

        Loss of profits or other indirect damages are not covered.

         

        To be very precise following are the exclusions for warranty :

        1) Any sort of physical damage 

        2) Liquid or water spillage 

        3) Short circuit via power source 

        4) In case if altering/misplacing/de-stickering of warranty seal, warranty of the laptop would be void, with no prior notice.


        All others than this will be covered under warranty.

        The 6 months Service warranty covers:

        1. Screen/LCD(Black error and Blue error) + Battery + Keyboard + Camera + Mic + Speaker.
        2. Any Functionality issues with the laptop.

        Please note:

        1. The warranty is valid only for the specific device supplied to the original customer. It is not transferable across devices or if the device is sold or handed over to another individual.
        2. The warranty will be VOID if warranty sticker is broken or tampered. Clicking photo of the warranty sticker and later removing it will also be considered warranty void.
        3. The original box, bubble wrap, and air pack should be preserved for pickups during warranty claims.

        To claim your warranty, you need to:

        1. Share the video of the phone with the prevailing issue at 9028002037 through Whatsapp.
        2. Also Send us your phone number/order number/Issue at 9028002037 through Whatsapp.

        How can I claim my warranty?

        You can claim the warranty by texting to us at 9028002037 through Whatsapp with the photo of the warranty sticker at the bottom of the laptop.

        How much time will take to resolve my query, if it is coming under warranty?

        Our team generally resolves an issue within 7 days from the moment you send us a query/laptop. You will get acknowledgement over mail or Whatsapp for your query and your issue will be sorted as soon as possible.

        The warranty is not applicable under the following scenarios:

        1. We do not cover any kind of accidental damage and our warranty stands null and void in all such related cases. Direct damage or damages caused as a consequence of accidents will not be covered under the 6 months warranty.
        2. Any display issues that may arise without any manual intervention and are related to the screen quality specifically visible lines, blank screen, or flickering.
        3. Excessive Damage to the device wherein there is a possibility that internal components might have been affected due to excessive or critical damage to the device or screen. Such excessive visible damage might lead to internal components getting damaged and can cause screen or other system malfunctions. Any part replacement wherein such damage is reported at the time of order completion will not be covered under the warranty provided. Such malfunctions can even become visible after immediately opening of the device and reassembly as any component damage/malfunction would become visible after opening the device and reassembly, E-furbished.in will not be responsible nor liable for such issues.
        4. Subsequent mishandling which causes the laptop panels to bend, twist, or crack will not be entertained.
        5. Subsequent mishandling with the screen such as hard press that may initiate discoloring or lining on the display
        6. Subsequent accidental or purposeful liquid spillage
        7. Water damage
        8. Tampering with internal hardware
        9. Damage resulting from attempted customer self-repairs with informing us
        10. Any loss of data occurring as a result of the repair – customers are advised to back up all data prior to the repair attempt.
