Once an order is placed, we take 2 - 3 business days to ship your refurbished laptop. As soon as our shipping partner picks up your order, you will be given a tracking identification number which you can use to track the location of your product. Standard shipping rates will be applicable as per the distance and shipping partner rate card.

In case of late shipment, we will notify you via the phone number given at the time of order placement. Please note: If you claim a warranty, exchange, or return of your refurbished laptop, you will be responsible for the shipping cost and the return of the product to our address.
